Rare Mexican Table (also known as Josefina's Table) from Josefina's Collection, introduced in 1998 and retired in 2015. Associated with the book Happy Birthday, Josefina!. Original retail cost was $75, later increased to $160.
The table measures 12 inches wide by 8 inches deep and stands just over 9 inches high.
A sturdy piece of furniture made with traditional mortise and tenon construction. A sliding top reveals a hollow interior for hiding valuables.
The carvings represent cornstalks with exquisite detailing.
Used with some visible wear. Overall, in great and stable condition. Vintage 2609QG.
