Salary: 25K to 35K BDT/Month (Based on Experience)

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. Your role will include managing content across various digital channels, running outreach campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and working closely with the team to support business growth.

Open Roles & Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Specialist

• Research ads, keywords & competitor strategies
• Manage email marketing: copywriting, tools, segmentation & sequences
• Conduct community outreach via Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Post, comment, message, and follow up with leads
• Communicate with influencers for brand collaboration

2. Lead Generation & Management

• Collect leads from targeted sources (e.g., competitor FB/LinkedIn groups)
• Perform targeted outreach across social media
• Track and manage lead pipelines using internal tools

3. Outreach Specialist

• Execute outreach campaigns on Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Submit content to relevant article directories for visibility & SEO

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and outreach strategies
• Previous experience in SaaS or B2B environments is a plus
